Key Result Area and Responsibility

**2. Training Delivery and Facilitation** Oversee training logistics: venue arrangements, IT setup, F&B, materials, and attendance tracking. **Facilitate delivery support by ensuring deployment links, evaluations, and attendance are in place.** Create a conducive and engaging learning environment in collaboration with trainers. **Manage trainer briefings and on-ground coordination during training events.**

**3. Client Management and Sales Follow-Up** Maintain an updated client database, tracking needs, preferences, and engagement history. **Build and strengthen client relationships to support repeat business and client satisfaction.** Follow up on leads, respond to inquiries, and support training proposal submissions. **Prepare and submit customized training proposals based on client needs, including course outlines, learning outcomes, pricing, and delivery schedules.** Support the preparation of quotations and track sales conversion metrics.

4. Evaluation and Assessment **Develop and administer pre
- and post-training assessments to evaluate learning outcomes.** Collect feedback from participants and trainers for continuous improvement. **Ensure all training meets required certification or accreditation standards.** Track training effectiveness using KPIs and prepare recommendations for future improvements.

5. Financial Management **Prepare and update Profit & Loss (P&L) statements in coordination with the finance team.** Track training-related expenses and revenues against budget. **Submit vendor invoices, trainer claims, and HRDC claims for payment.** Prepare weekly/monthly financial performance reports for internal review.

6. Target Achievement & Quality Monitoring Monitor **sales targets and identify strategies to meet or exceed goals.** Ensure high client satisfaction through timely communication and problem-solving. **Implement improvement strategies to enhance training outcomes and market share.**

**7. Training Records and Documentation Maintain** complete and accurate records of attendance, certificates, and feedback. **Manage training materials, handouts, and learning artefacts systematically.** Prepare reports on training KPIs, including feedback summaries and impact assessments.

8. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Act **as the liaison for trainers, clients, trainees, and vendors throughout the training cycle.** Respond to internal and external communications within 24 hours. **Follow up on all training matters, issues, and documentation to ensure resolution.**

**9. General Duties Participate** in company-organized activities, workshops, and events when required. **Undertake any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the company in line with evolving operational needs.**

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in training coordination, event planning, or executive support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines. Core Skills & Competencies - Exceptional planning and coordination abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping. - Effective problem-solving and adaptability.
- Confidence in dealing with senior management and external clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
