Qubiz Tech Academy is a fast-growing technical training provider specializing in smartphone repair and mobile technology skills. Operating since 2016 and officially incorporated under Qubiz Tech Sdn Bhd in 2019, we are committed to equipping individuals—especially the underserved—with practical, income-generating skills for the digital economy.

We are now looking for a **Business Development Executive** who is passionate about building partnerships and scaling impact through skills training and entrepreneurship.
- Identify, approach, and build strategic partnerships with government agencies, corporate bodies (GLCs), NGOs, and educational institutions.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our training programs both online and offline.
- Prepare proposals and presentations for sponsored programs, collaborations, and corporate engagements.
- Identify government grants, CSR initiatives, and funding opportunities to support program expansion.
- Drive student enrolment (both paying and sponsored) and explore new market segments.
- Conduct market research to identify industry needs and recommend new training modules.
- Manage leads from inquiry to registration and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Generate regular performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Corporate Communications, or any related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or marketing.
- Strong networking skills and ability to engage with stakeholders from various sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal writing skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Willing to travel (within Malaysia) and possess own transport.
- Interest or experience in skills training / TVET is an added advantage.
