Sales & Marketing Executive (Property Development)

REMUNERATION PACKAGE: Basic Salary + Sales Commission

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

  1. Attend to sales enquiries, including telephone enquiries, walk-in customer by providing information of the products to promote the company's projects with the objective to achieve sales target.
  2. Participate in property launches, events, roadshows, exhibitions, and sales galleries duty.
  3. Plan and execute marketing strategies (both online & offline) to promote company projects effectively.
  4. Manage and lead own sales agent team, ensuring team performance and achievement of sales targets.
  5. Liaise with lawyer, purchaser and financier on execution of legal documents and disbursement on time.
  6. To check the accuracy of the Sale and Purchase Agreement, Loan Documentation and other relevant documents related to the sales.
  7. Assist in handling documentation on Memorandum of Transfer and Strata Title.
  8. Co-ordinate with Credit Control Department related to the sales documentation, progress billing, issuance of reminder and collection of payment.
  9. Maintain proper filing systems, update sales status into system, and prepare reports for management.
  10. Any other task assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Diploma/Degree holder in Sales & marketing/ Property Development/ Real Estate Management /Business Administration or equivalent
  2. At least 1 years Working experience in Sales property development industry is an advantage.
  3. Willing to work on weekends or public holidays
  4. Able to converse in Mandarin and English as you'll need to deal with mandarin clients.
  5. Strong marketing skills, creative in generating leads, and able to implement effective sales strategies.
  6. Possess own sales agent team with proven track record is an added advantage.
  7. Pleasant personality
  8. Able to multi-task, well organized, excellent in time management with good follow up skills
  9. Able to start work with short notice.
