Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and approach potential property buyers, generate leads through various channels, and aim to close sales to meet targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide expert advice on market conditions and property values, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Property Showcases: Schedule and conduct property viewings and open houses, showcasing the unique features of properties to prospective buyers.
  • Property and Market Research: Conduct market research to understand current real estate trends, evaluate customer needs, and identify selling opportunities.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts to achieve successful deals.
  • Reporting & Administration: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, maintain accurate client and sales records, and coordinate with other departments for smooth transaction processes.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and develop targeted sales strategies to promote properties.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in a sales-oriented role, particularly within the real estate industry, is preferred.
  • Education: Candidates with SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field.
  • Negotiation: Excellent negotiation skills are crucial for closing deals effectively and advocating for a client's best interests.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients, presenting properties, and drafting contracts.
  • Interpersonal skills: Able to build and nurture long-term client relationships is a key indicator of success.
  • Time management: Must be organized and able to manage multiple properties and clients simultaneously to meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving: The capacity to handle objections and find mutually agreeable solutions is vital for overcoming challenges.
  • Technology proficiency: Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, online listing services, and other digital marketing tools is now a necessity.
