Jobs scope:

- through digital and social media campaigns.
- Plan, research and propose new marketing campaigns for the company’s products and services.
- Liaise with designers, Marketing, CRM and optimize customer experience, sales funnel, ad creativity and ensure brand consistency.
- Design & optimize sales funnel based on different industry customers.
- Share data driven insights and communications, tracking customer journeys through the digital estate and optimize for conversions.
- Understand conversion funnels, track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns for continuous improvement, including identifying gaps in digital channels, and offering long term and short terms strategies and tactics.
- Develop social media campaigns and to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Responsible for developing and executing clients/ company’s social media strategy to align with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
- Collaboration with Marketing team for Conceptualize & develop graphic design, social media assets, artworks for branding, and sales & marketing collaterals to meet project objectives and timeline.
- Grows and expands company social media presence including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram and TikTok.
- Manage and improve online content, considering digital ads, SEO, and Google Analytics.
- Research, monitor & analyse and track the effectiveness of content / online campaigns.
- Integrating online activities with off-line marketing communication plans to provide optimal business support.
- Responsible for tracking and analysis on campaign results and ad-hoc online events.
- Researching and proposing new market trends and technologies in digital marketing;
- Create reports with social media analytics to send to clients for regular updates on content performance
- Executing other ad-hoc tasks provided by superior from time-to-time.

Requirement:

- Minimum 3 years of working experience in digital marketing & advertising, with digital media industry exposure is an added plus.
- Additional skill(s): Copy writing, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Photography is an added plus Self-motivated, able to multitasking & keen to grow.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and must be team oriented.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM5,800.00 per month
