Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the school's presence within the education sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies to enhance student enrollment and promote the school's programs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Research and Analysis**
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities for growth within the education sector.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to develop strategies that position the school as a leader in the market.
**Relationship Building**
- Establish and maintain relationships with prospective partners, including educational consultants, local businesses, and community organizations.
- Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to enhance outreach efforts and attract new students.
**Student Enrollment and Retention**
- Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment, focusing on both local and international markets.
- Work with the admissions team to ensure a seamless enrollment process and provide support in retaining current students.
**Brand Development**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that promote the school's programs and values.
- Represent the school at events, conferences, and exhibitions to raise its profile and attract potential students.
**Strategic Planning**
- Develop and execute business development plans that align with the school's overall objectives.
- Identify new revenue streams, including corporate partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
**Reporting and Analysis**
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, including progress on goals and key performance indicators.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and market trends.
**Key Requirements**:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A background in education management or international school experience is preferred.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in business development and sales, preferably within the education sector.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in [Chinese/Mandarin] is highly preferred due to the target market.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Additional Qualities: Passion for education, ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
