**Job Summary**We are currently looking for a **Sales & Technician Support** to be part of our **NANOSCENTS (M) SDN BHD** to be based in **Eco Botanic, Iskandar Puteri Johor Bahru** Office in Malaysia with **Headquarter office in Setia Avenue, Selangor**. Sales Representative are responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, maintaining customer satisfaction and knowledge of technical product, tailored solutions for customer needs, assist in assembly electronics components and device when needed. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products, we’d like to meet you.

**1. Job Responsibility/Job Description**
- Technical presentations and demonstrations: Presenting complex technical information to clients in an understandable way.
- Customer needs analysis: Understanding and evaluating a client's technical requirements to determine how a product can meet them.
- Solution development: Designing and customizing products or services to meet specific customer needs.
- Sales support: Collaborating with sales teams to provide technical expertise during the sales cycle and assist with proposals and RFQ/Tenders.
- Customer support: Providing technical assistance, training, and troubleshooting for clients with installed products or services.
- Market and product knowledge: Staying current on industry trends and new product developments.
- Feedback and communication: Communicating client feedback and needs to R&D or product development teams.
- Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, negotiating contracts, preparing and delivering technical presentation, customizing solutions, and providing pre
- and post-sales technical support.
- Pro active cold calling and / or Engage inbound leads to identifying potential clients
- Posses own transport (Motorcycle/car) and willing to travel within Southern area.
- Willing to travel outstation for job duty when required.
- Close cooperation with office sales team on service schedule.
- Any other ad-hoc duty assigned when required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or Fresh graduates with strong drive and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- A fantastic communicator and have strong ability to influence.
- A outgoing and proactively seek opportunities to drive sales
- Good technical sales skills record.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field and position is required.
- Energetic to drive the business with the sales team - provide motivation & mentoring, knowledgeable in the sales & marketing to provide quick solutions.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal and result-oriented.
- Posses own transport for work purpose.
- Good time management, punctual, trust, honest and responsible.
- Self motivated and willing to learn.
