**Responsibilities**:

Provide effectively and quality pest control service to the customers.
- Develop a positive relationship with the customers.
- To carry out pest management services.
- To identify pest infestation & carry out appropriate treatments.
- To advise clients on Pest issues.
- To report to the Operations Department on the day to day work schedule.
- To ensure prompt and timely pest control service at customers’ premises.
- To provide good quality service to customers.
- To carry out pest inspections at customers premises.
- To submit a service report promptly.
- To maintain company equipment in good and working condition.
- Ability to work onsite for site inspection.
- Plan and check service schedules.
- Make sure team members provide quality and timely services on time.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections regularly.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Any other tasks appointed by the Management from time to time.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum completed SPM education.
- With/Without experience in Pest Management.
- Must hold a valid Driving license D. With valid GDL license will add advantage.
- Valid PAL or APAL license will be preferred.
- Attend training and acquire a pesticide applicator license after joining.
- Bilingual in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
**Working Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm.
- May be required to complete jobs outside working hours (OT) and Sunday (exchange off day).
