Are you a friendly, energetic individual with a passion for exceptional service? Nyonya Club, your new destination for authentic, delicious **pork-free Nyonya cuisine**, is looking for enthusiastic Service Crew members to help us create a memorable dining experience for every guest.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a member of our Service Crew, you will be the face of Nyonya Club, ensuring smooth service and happy guests:

- **Warm Welcome**: Greet every guest with genuine warmth, escort them to their tables, and provide engaging information about daily specials and new menu items.
- **Order Management**: Confidently answer menu inquiries, accurately take orders, and efficiently deliver food and beverages to tables.
- **Sales & Recommendations**: Enthusiastically recommend menu selections and skillfully upsell beverages and desserts to enhance the guest experience.
- **Guest Attentiveness**: Proactively monitor guest needs in the dining area, anticipating requests and ensuring satisfaction, especially during peak service hours.
- **Service Flow**: Efficiently clear and swiftly reset tables according to Nyonya Club standards.
- **Transactions & Feedback**: Process payments accurately and efficiently, and actively listen to and communicate guest feedback to the management team.
- **Cleanliness & Standards**: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the dining area and service stations at all times.

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the food and beverage or hospitality industry (**preferred**).
- **Language Skills**:

- **Required**: Fluency in **English**.
- **Advantage**: Proficiency in **Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia** is a strong advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
