1. Understand all PMC jobs as basic requirement
2. Control of Master FPO Plan and ensure master FPO list is updated and correctly
3. Ensure and updating forecast and actual FPO analyse of production capacity bases on 4M (machine, manpower, material & method)
4. Coordinate and arrangement with Marketing, Purchasing and R&D for production condition
5. Plan and prepared the urgent delivery for leader and tracking until delivery from time to time
6. Prepare production plan schedule based on SFPO and MFPO sheet
7. Prepare and ensure the Master Schedule Planning for production and subcon schedule planning based on FPO issue by marketing
8. Issuing the related model job sheet and pick list to production
9. Analyse material status and production capacity before prepare the production schedule
10. Ensure and follow up with purchasing on the outstanding material delivery status
11. Ensure and follow up production output from leader and prepared the outstanding FPO
12. Prepare EDD hardcopy before issue to production
13. Update daily production output at production plan
14. Data entry FGTN in MRP system
15. Received and release FPO from marketing in MFPO sheet
16. Prepare the IJS and release to material controller
17. Updating data entry for Power Cord and Wire Harness forecast and capacity
18. Cut off master FPO Wire Harness and Power Cord by end of month
19. Auditor stock take by end of month
20. Data entry stock take report by end of month
21. Maintain proper 5S including documentation, softcopy and hardcopy on hand
22. Perform other related duties as assigned
