Job Responsibilities:

  1. To review, to plan, to control and to monitor the finished goods movement for the smooth order fulfilment to market.

  2. Upon receipt of each customer demand, the Planner shall analyze the availability of materials and capacity to develop achievable schedule.

  3. Understand and manage risks to minimum impact on production schedule & to minimize planned downtime.

  4. Liaise with market on delivery commit and schedules.

  5. Compare Master Production Schedule to customer PO /Forecast coverage on regular basis to ensure that Paramit is not exposed over and above PO or forecast coverage.

  6. Assess production schedules optimize run quantities, and minimize changeovers to achieve 100% on-time delivery.

  7. Based on sales demand, translate into final demand plans to be used in capacity planning,

production planning, and inventory planning.

  1. To Implement cost control in energy and overtime concept during production planning.

  2. To coordinate and liaise with relevant department in production planning.

  3. To be assigned with special tasks on an ad-hoc basis should there's need arises.

  4. To adhere to the company's Code of Conduct, regulations, and standard operating

procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics or related field.

  2. At least 5 years' experience and above in Material Planning, Production Planning, & Capacity Planning.

  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.

  4. Required language(s): English, Bahasa and Mandarin (due to nature of business) in listening, speaking, reading and typing.

  5. Experience managing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.

  6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
