We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing sales and marketing plans, managing key customer accounts, and driving product growth through effective promotions and market engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales and marketing plans in alignment with company strategies and departmental goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotions such as Purchase With Purchase (PWP) and Gift With Purchase (GWP), providing timely feedback to superiors.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and support business growth.
  • Manage and track aged or slow-moving stock, recommending appropriate marketing or sales actions.
  • Conduct product knowledge training for retail staff to enhance selling skills and product understanding.
  • Engage and educate consumers on product features and benefits to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Oversee the timely and effective execution of promotional events at designated outlets.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and performance analyses as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, health, or beauty industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficient in multiple languages.
  • Willing to travel and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A proactive team player with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
