About Us

We are a reputable edible oil manufacturer and exporter with a growing global footprint. Our product range includes RBD Palm Olein, Vegetable Oils, and various consumer-packed edible oils produced with high-quality standards and efficient in-house packaging facilities. We are expanding our international operations and seeking an experienced International Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and grow our market presence across Africa, the Middle East, and ASEAN.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for international markets.
  • Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, importers, and strategic partners in target regions.
  • Lead and mentor a small sales team to achieve export volume and profitability targets.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and pricing analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Negotiate export contracts, commercial terms, and key account agreements.
  • Oversee the complete export process, from inquiry to delivery, ensuring smooth coordination with production, logistics, and finance.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business missions.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports, market insights, and forecasts to management.
  • Strengthen the company's brand presence and customer relationships in global markets.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of export or FMCG experience, preferably in edible oils or food commodities.
  • Strong knowledge of international trading, Incoterms, L/C, and export documentation.
  • Proven track record in managing Africa, Middle East, or ASEAN markets.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills in English (Arabic or French is an added advantage).
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and ability to drive results under minimal supervision.
  • Willing to travel internationally when required.
