**Job Requirements**
- Possess a recognized **Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering** or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in building construction projects, preferably with exposure to high-rise hotel developments.
- CIDB Site Supervisor (CSS) certification or equivalent accreditation is preferred.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings and managing site workers effectively.
- Must possess a valid CIDB Green Card and own transport.
- Work location: Langkawi, Kedah.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement all relevant policies, activities, procedures, and instructions as required under the QESH Management System.
- Provide leadership and demonstrate commitment to ensuring the effective implementation of the QESH Management System within the department.
- Take accountability for the performance and continual improvement of the QESH Management System.
- Ensure compliance with all client requirements, legal obligations, and applicable standards.
- Prepare and implement the project’s Safety and Health Plan, including actions derived from risk and opportunity assessments.
- Take proactive responsibility for the prevention of work-related injuries and illnesses within your assigned area.
- Supervise, coordinate, and monitor the work of direct labor and subcontractors to ensure that all construction activities are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Maintain close oversight of site operations to prevent misuse or damage of materials, particularly by subcontractor workers.
- Record and update the daily number of subcontractor workers on site and their corresponding work activities in the daily report.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your superior.
