We are looking for a **Construction Executive/Site Supervisor** who will provide efficient and effective site supervision to complete the project on schedule.

**What are your job responsibilities?**
- Ensure smooth progress of the project through close liaison/ attend meeting with clients. consultants, sub-contractors and relevant authorities.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly site reports.
- Attend site meetings when required.
- Arrange workers schedule and material deliveries/logistic arrangement.
- Responsible for project’s correspondence and documentations.
- Ensure that the project is completely handed over.
- Handle & manage defect works.
- Attend to site issues or problems
- Experience in handling several subtrades at one time.

**What you need to succeed in this role?**
- At least 2 - 5 years' working experience in the Construction, Interiors & Fit-Out/renovation industry or related field is required for this position.
- Willing to outstation.
- Good knowledge in Interior Design & Fit-Out construction sequence of work.
- Self initiative/proactive/committed is needed.
- Working days & hours: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm) ; Sat (9am - 3pm)
- Must be able to based at Site (Outstation)
- RENEWABLE CONTRACT ROLE
- Hostel Provided
