**Reports To**:
Assistant Manager, Safety, Health, Security & Environment

**Role Purpose**:
Implement and carry out specific Safety, Health, Security & Environment management activities within MAB Engineering. This role involves administering the administrative tasks of Safety, Health, Security & Environment, including providing procurement support to the department - as raising Purchase Requests (PR) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in SAP for purchases, and services under the purview of the superior; arranging travel and accommodations for team members, including handling hotel bookings, flight tickets, RISTA, and assisting in updating all manuals related to Safety, Health, Security & Environment. Additionally, this role ensures compliance by employees and visitors with all Safety, Health, Security, and Environment regulations and procedures at the workplace.

**Key Accountability**:

- Carry out and assist in SHSE in planned audits and tracking/monitoring - conducting audits.
- Carry out daily surveillance/investigation of any malpractices at the workplace on matters pertaining to Safety, Health, Security & Environment.
- Investigate any accident, near-miss accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning or occupational disease which has happened in the place of work.
- Compiling monthly statistics on Accident / Incident.
- Ensure that only authorized vehicles and personnel are allowed into MAB Engineering Services Complex.
- Carry out training, briefing, drills and any other activities with respect to Safety, Health, Security & Environment at the workplace.
- Updating the Register of Chemical Hazardous to Health at the workplace.
- Coordinate emergency response on a 24 hour basis.
- Engage with suppliers, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders such as Group Procurement and Finance.
- Order and maintain stock of stationery supplies.

**Qualifications & Working Experience**:

- Diploma with 2 years working experience OR SPM/equivalent or 5 years working experience in aviation, knowledge in Safety & Environment, SAP system and AMADEUS is an advantage.

**Areas of Experience**:

- Airline Engineering Industry, aviation, knowledge in Safety & Environment, SAP system, AMADEUS and AMOS.
