**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Assist in preparing ESG-related reports for MRC STRIDE Fund monitoring.
- Work together with ESG Consultant to meet MRC STRIDE fund guideline
- Track monthly energy, water, and waste data.
- Prepare and present simple sustainability reports for management.
- Support reporting requirements to MRC and consultants under STRIDE.
- Implement cost-effective resource efficiency initiatives by reducing energy, water, and chemical consumption, enhancing waste handling practices, and promoting 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) principles across daily operations.
- Conduct short toolbox talks or awareness sessions with employees
- Develop simple posters or reminders for the workplace.
- Act as the SME’s point of contact for MRC STRIDE Fund and external ESG consultants.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors to adopt better sustainability practices where possible.
- Engage with stakeholders for ESG stride activities
- Carry out any additional tasks or assignments as directed by the superior.
- Continuously follow on EU / Malaysia ESG trend, new adoptions, and requirements and translate those as SLP practice.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, EHS, Sustainability, or related field.
- Looking for fresh graduates; experience in EHS/sustainability is an advantage.
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint for reporting).
- Able to work independently in a small team setting.
