Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOSH, local regulatory, and company safety requirements.

  • Maintain and update safety documents, permits, licenses, and statutory records.

  • Conduct safety induction for new employees and contractors.

  • Organize training programs (fire safety, chemical handling, machine safety, emergency response).

  • Promote safety campaigns and create awareness materials.

  • Assist in developing and reviewing Emergency Response Plan (ERP).

  • Conduct fire drills, evacuation drills, and emergency response team coordination.

  • Verify contractors' safety compliance (JSA, work permits, PPE, competencies).

  • Monitor high-risk activities (hot work, working at height, confined space).

  • Track and analyze safety KPIs (incident rate, near miss, unsafe acts).

Job Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Health, Engineering, or related field.

  • Registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) or Yellow/Green Book (advantage, depending on level).

  • 1–3 years experience in EHS, safety, manufacturing, construction, or related industries.

  • Fresh graduates with relevant certification may be considered.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Responsible, proactive, and safety-focused mindset.

  • Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

  • Good leadership qualities and decision-making skills.
