JR69853 Process Technician (Evergreen)

**Job Descriptions**:

- Review the top rejects Pareto for FOL daily and identify the root causes and corrective actions.
- Monitor and investigate any out of control (OOC) or out of specification (OOS) occurrences and implement preventive actions.
- Report and document the findings and recommendations for yield and quality improvement such as dashboard or a tool for tracking visualizing the yield and quality metrics for BOL processes.
- Prepare report on the yield and quality performance FOL processes and the improvement actions taken.
- Capable of presenting on the key findings and recommendations for BOL management and stakeholders.
- Develop and optimize the process parameters and recipes for FOL processes.
- Implement and validate the process changes and measure the impact on yield and quality.
- Identify and propose potential areas for further improvement or innovation.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronic or equivalent
- 2-5years of relevant experiences with relevant engineering background are highly encouraged to apply.
- Surface Mount Technology experience will be an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong interest in working in a dynamic environment.
- Basic analytical skill, fast learner, independent, highly motivated and as good team player.
- Able to work under minimum supervision
