**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in promoting IT services such as managed IT support, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and infrastructure services.
- Schedule and conduct product and service demonstrations (e.g., network solutions, cloud services) for prospective clients.
- Prepare, follow up, and deliver accurate quotations and service proposals to customers.
- Support sales team in pre-sales activities, including customer inquiry handling, technical clarifications, and proposal drafting.
- Collaborate with the technical team and Singapore office to ensure accurate service scoping and project planning.
- Actively seek and develop new sales leads through cold calls, networking, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
- Provide market feedback, competitor intelligence, and suggestions for service improvements to management.
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and case studies for client meetings and events.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin for client engagement and documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, basic IT service offerings, and technology advancements.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant internship or part-time experience in sales, marketing, or IT will be an advantage.
- Interest in technology, IT services, and business solutions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits when necessary.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
