'¢ Analyze drawings, sketches and design data to determine dimension and configuration of cuts, machine speeds and feed rates. '¢ Prepare CNC programming with Mastercam software, monitor CNC programs and ensure accuracy of all instructions through comparison with drawing and design. '¢ Develop work holding and select cutting tools. '¢ Create and compile necessary documents to aid setting up and operation of machines, including instruction sheets on cutter tools setup. '¢ May require machine components for first articles or production. '¢ Perform other tasks as and when assigned by the Superior / Management.
