**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Influencer & TikTok Outreach**:

- Research, identify, and shortlist suitable TikTokers/influencers for restaurant marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate influencer profiles and content suitability for brand alignment.
- Present influencer options for management review and approval.
- Engage and liaise with selected influencers, from initial outreach to scheduling restaurant site visits and review appointments.
- Ensure timely communication, content alignment, and follow-up on deliverables.
- **Campaign Planning & Coordination**:

- Assist in developing monthly marketing and influencer collaboration plans within budget guidelines.
- Coordinate content posting schedules, campaign timelines, and performance tracking.
- Maintain and update influencer contact database and campaign logs.
- **Offline & Event Support**:

- Provide support at marketing or PR events, pop-ups, and influencer meet-ups when needed.
- Assist with event setup, materials, and on-ground coordination.
- **General Marketing Support**:

- Assist with other marketing tasks such as content ideation, basic copywriting, and simple design coordination.
- Help prepare reports and summaries of influencer campaigns and event outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of working experience in marketing, social media, or influencer outreach (Fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered).
- Strong interest in social media trends, especially TikTok and food content.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal (English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus).
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to attend occasional after-hours or weekend events.

**Additional Advantage (Not Mandatory)**:

- Prior experience working with influencers or in F&B industry marketing.
- Familiarity with basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
- Own transport for event site visits or influencer meet-ups.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
