Your Role:

  1. Brand Management

  2. Develop and execute a robust brand strategy to establish and enhance the company's online and offline presence;

  3. Enhance company brand positioning across B2B2C, industrial distribution, B2C consumer segments and enhance customer engagement;
  4. Expand brand awareness for the Company and its sub-brands to drive footfall and generate leads;

  5. Manage all marketing assets, including visuals, digital content and promotional materials, ensuring efficient internal organization, tracking and accessibility.

  6. Campaign Management

  7. Plan, execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, encompassing content marketing, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, event marketing and offline marketing to enhance brand awareness, product marketing, drive engagement and leads generation;

  8. Integrate online and offline channels (O2O) to elevate customer experience, boost leads generation, increase sales and enhance efficiency on user-experience;
  9. Develop and manage compelling content for various channels, including social media, e-commerce platforms, digital content, videos, websites, promotional materials and sales kits, ensuring timely and high-quality execution;
  10. Lead the exploration, evaluation and implementation of AI tools and platforms to enhance marketing efficiency, creativity and performance;
  11. Collaborate with superior to pilot, evaluate and implement AI solutions that streamline marketing processes;
  12. Drive lead generation efforts through targeted digital campaigns, SEO, SEM strategies and strategic partnerships, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified leads;

  13. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts, track KPIs and achieve marketing objectives.

  14. Leadership and Other Responsibilities

  15. Lead, inspire and mentor team members to embrace a growth mindset, thereby enhancing brand awareness, acquiring customers and expanding market presence;

  16. Develop innovative marketing strategies to achieve maximum market penetration and foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the team.

Are You:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related field;
  • Ability to work autonomously on assigned projects while effectively collaborating with various teams. This involves balancing self-direction with group cooperation to ensure efficient tasks completion and positive contribution to team dynamics;
  • Strong understanding and experience of how to leverage AI for campaign ideation, content creation, performance analysis and customer insights;
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate, propose and integrate emerging AI solutions to enhance marketing efficiency, creativity and strategic outcomes;
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and strong analytical skills;
  • Possesses strong end-to-end thinking with robust project management skills;
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt strategies based on analytics and feedback;
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to growth and development;
  • Experience in a senior marketing role with demonstrated leadership skills is advantageous.
