**JOB SUMMARY**:
Manage the entire warehouse daily operation: outgoing and receiving. Responsible to ensure smooth operations by initiating, coordinating, enforcing program/policies and procedure. Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Coordinate day-to-day activities to improve effectiveness and productivity of logistic operation
- Provide training and coaching to logistic employee
- Review the logistic performance and develop action plan to improve
- Review Logistic Job Description and SOP regularly to meet the operating standard.
- Ensure smooth operation for all incoming & outgoing orders.
- Ensure all workers compliance with company and industry policies and working procedures
- Demonstrate high integrity and high standard of working attitude and be the role model for all staff and encourage the rest to do the same.
- Ensure IRA (Inventory Record Accuracy) count is being done regularly and target is met.
- Assist in nurturing a discipline, self-motivated and integrated workforce
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies
- Oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment
- Daily delivery route planning/execution

**REQUIREMENT**:

- At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in management field (related to FMCG segment and some aspect of logistics is often preferred)
- Strong in leadership skills
- Strong in analytical skill
- Required skills: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
- Experience in warehouse management is an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM4,500.00 per month
