Monday to Friday (8.00am - 6.000pm) (Full Time)

**Responsibilities**:
1. Coordinate and liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agent, and customs authorities to facilitate the smooth import and export of goods.

2. Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including shipping invoices, packing lists, bill of lading and custom clearance forms.

3. Monitor shipment progress and provide regular updates to management.

4. Identify and resolve any shipping-related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.

5. Maintain accurate stock records and inventory of all shipping activities.

6. Handle and Control Inventory System and Stock take record.

7. To track and follow up on customer delivery of products and arranging transporter deliveries.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a shipping or logistics role, preferably within the manufacturing or import/export industry

2. Good in counting skill and ability to spot numerical errors.

3. Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, documentation, and customs regulations.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external teams.

5. Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively to meet deadlines

6. A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

7. Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
