We are currently seeking an E-commerce Warehouse Operations Intern to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that products are properly packaged and labelled
- Conduct stock counts to ensure accurate inventory levels
- Assist with stock receiving, including unpacking, sorting, and organizing incoming shipments
- Track the expiry dates of products and ensure that products with closer expiration dates are prioritized for packing and shipping
- Pick and pack products for outbound stock transfer, ensuring that all items are accurately packed and labelled
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity
- Ensure the logistics company picks up parcels in a timely manner and coordinates with them for smooth shipment pickups
- Ensure items are packed securely with appropriate protective materials to prevent damage during transit
- Inspect products for any damage or defects before packing and shipping, and report any issues to the supervisor/manager
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor/manager related to e-commerce and warehouse operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including keeping aisles clear, organizing products, and disposing of waste properly

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree/diploma program or a recent graduate in a related field
- Able to commit to working for 5 days a week for at least 3 months
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace etc
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in warehouse operations and logistics is a plus, but not required

This is a paid internship position, and the intern will work closely with the E-commerce and Warehouse team to gain practical experience and develop skills in operational tasks and logistics management within an e-commerce warehouse setting.
