JOB PURPOSE: The Warehouse Supervisor will assist the Warehouse Officer in various tasks associated with the distribution and warehousing of all finished goods. This position is also responsible to supervise daily activities of warehouse to ensure safe and efficient storage and retrieval of goods. JOB DUTIES: - Operate forklift, reach truck, pallet jack in loading and unloading goods and equipment - Administrative duties as related to warehouse functions - Supervise staff in receiving, storing, and distribution of goods - Supervise, evaluate, and train employees assigned to warehouse. - Recommend, implement, and support continuous improvement within the department and the company to improve employee performance, quality control, productivity, efficiency, and cost reduction - Handle daily warehouse duties/ Overseeing warehouse goods movement, delivery and receiving activities - Perform clerical tasks and maintain proper records systems common to warehouse and inventory operations. - Participates in physical inventories by counting stock - Ensure compliance with company practice, policies and procedures - Ensure general cleanliness and upkeep warehouse - Perform other duties as and when required by the Warehouse Manager/Executive/Supervisor JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field - Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in warehouse/distribution or logistics operations - Committed, mature and able to work independently. - Must have multi-tasking experience. - Non-Executive specializing in Inventory & Warehouse Management or equivalent. - Possess good working attitude, interpersonal skills and Independent - Forklift driving license will be an added advantage. - Ability to meet physical requirements including: a variety of standing, sitting and walking throughout the day; repeated twisting at the torso while lifting and pulling inventory from shelves - Preferred education background in Biomedical Science / Pure Science (Animal Husbandry) / Pet Lover. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract **Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month **Benefits**: - Professional development Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Commission pay - Overtime pay - Performance bonus
