Gourmandines - a food & beverage importer and distributor located in Kuala Lumpur is currently looking for dynamic, highly motivated, honest and responsible **STOREKEEPER.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Handling daily operation** - packing, prepare order, labelling, arranging, receiving, stock take, issue invoice, proper recording of stock
- **Receive and Inspect Goods**: Receive incoming food supplies, inspect them for quality and quantity, and verify against purchase orders and delivery notes/DO.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and transactions using inventory management software. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- **Stock Organization**: Unpack, label, and store incoming goods in designated locations. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment to customer. Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain records related to store activities, including purchase orders, receipts, and inventory reports.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and warehouse procedures.
- **Supplier Coordination**: Initiate orders to replenish supply inventories and follow up with vendors to ensure prompt delivery.
- **Miscellaneous Tasks**: Assist with other warehouse tasks and duties as assigned, such as preparing materials for disposal or transfer.
- To observe and practice FIFO.
- Packing for all customers including out station
- Keep storage area clean and storage bins clean
- Able to handle ad-hoc tasks given and multitask
- Able to use forklift or willing to learn

**Requirements**:

- **MALAYSIANS ONLY**
- MIN. SPM HOLDER and Min. 1 year working experience.
- Proven experience as Storekeeper, Warehouse Clerk, or similar role.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and system.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Physical stamina and ability to list and move heavy objects.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Able to handle Forklift
- Hardworking, discipline, honest, responsible and team player, able to perform any task given from time to time

**Benefits**:

- Salary range from RM 1,800 onwards (depends on experience)
- 6 working days with 2 Alternate Saturday off / month, staff meal provided on working days
