According to the production schedule, plan daily (recent) production preparations. 7. Responsible for collecting reports, reviewing signatures and sending them to the factory for filing every day; 8. Standardized operations such as daily audit and maintenance, self-inspection, and work instructions; 9. Hold weekly group meetings and do on-the-job training. (safety, occupational health, production management) 10. Carry out purchase requisition work every Thursday, perform purchase requisition and implement the management of inventory materials after checking the database; 11. Monthly,quarterly, annual training, inventory and other routine work 12. Treat waste sludge every day, and record the quantity after treatment;. Cooperate with the treated water sent for inspection every two weeks to ensure compliance 13. Leading the repair work in case of equipment failure, resuming production in time, and dealing with abnormalities within 30 minutes. 14. In the event of an abnormality, complete the review work within 24 hours and submit the abnormality tracking list. 15. Continue to reduce costs. Carry out energy saving and consumption reduction to reduce water, electricity and gas costs. 16. The maintenance, repair and operation of various production equipment are standardized. Reduce repair costs. 17. Cartons, wood boards, stretch films, OPP, etc. of packaging materials are checked monthly meet the waste standards. 18. Responsible for the factory inspection cooperation with ISO and other certification bodies. 19. Propagate the company's relevant policies and regulations, and actively cooperate with all wo carried out. 20. Conscientiously implement the "Basic Work Items for Factory Supervisors" 21. 24-hour standby to cooperate with all company arrangements. 22. Communicate instructions from superiors and complete tasks assigned by superiors 23.
