Job description:

- Reporting to manager regarding the production activity and involved in management and supervision for upstream section.
- Responsible to assist the team head to arrange manpower and to ensure implementation of the procedure that concern with production line, machine maintenance and safety in production area.
- Responsible to educate and demonstrate the new process flow to the operator and follow up the result Investigate and solve the quality issue and ensure the quality of product at acceptance level and report immediately to the team head for corrective action.
- Support field personnel in managing the production data and work with field operator to ensure production integrity.
- Responsible to ensure all the production process running smoothly and the product produced within the required specification.
- Responsible to ensure a clean and safe work area and follow all safety guidelines and ensure all good manufacturing practice (GMP) are applied.
- Maintain complete communication document including production log sheets and downtime records also dealing with maintenance department for breakdown and preventive maintenance issues.

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in ester or chemical reactor and PLC/SCADA system.
- At least 2-3 years experience.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Enthusiastic, firm and well-oriented.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
