**Job Scope**:

- Team up with our crew to craft content strategies that vibe with our brand values, goals, target audience, and the latest industry trends.
- Plan and manage our content calendar like a pro.
- Take charge of our brand’s social media accounts—create and schedule posts, engage with our followers, and spot ways to level up.
- Build strong connections with our audience by promptly and professionally handling comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Track content performance, dive into analytics, and whip up reports to measure how well our content strategies and campaigns are hitting the mark.
- Dream up, create, and roll out awesome written, visual, and multimedia content.
- Manage our newsletters and SMS shout-outs.
- Tackle any extra tasks or projects from the higher-ups to help us hit our marketing goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of creating super engaging content.
- Solid skills in photo and video shooting, plus editing with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Photoshop, Canva, or other software.
- Fluent in English and Malay; Mandarin is a bonus
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Broadcasting, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Business Management, or a related field.
- Master of time management with the knack for juggling tasks.
- Able to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.
- Experienced in managing social media accounts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, XiaoHongShu, LinkedIn, etc.
- Knowledgeable about digital marketing analytics tools and techniques.
- Comfortable and confident on camera.
- Sharp eye for design with photography and videography skills.
- Always in the loop with the latest social media trends and practices.
