Job description

We are seeking a creative and talented Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Content Creator for Social Media, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audience across various social media platforms. Your innovative ideas, attention to detail, and understanding of current social media trends will drive our brand's online presence and help us achieve our marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content for our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create content that aligns with the brand's voice, values, and overall marketing strategy.
  • Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns, including static visuals and videos to enhance brand awareness and user engagement.
  • Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure our content remains relevant and cutting-edge.
  • Create, curate, and schedule content calendars that maintain a consistent posting schedule and drive audience growth and interaction.
  • Monitor and analyse key social media content metrics to measure the success of content campaigns and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your content creation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
  • A deep understanding of various social media platforms, their unique features, and best practices for content optimization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools to track and analyse content performance.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas for content campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and online marketing strategies is a plus.
  • A passion for staying current with the latest social media trends, technologies, and industry developments.
