QUALIFICATION
- At least 1 year of experience as an Admin / HR Generalist, or similar role.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure, positive, self-motivated, dynamic, self-discipline and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good knowledge of computer literacy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and possess good numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to start in a short notice period is a plus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for overall documentation process for operation team.
- Gather and update attendance records of static guards.
- Assist in the recruitment/termination process of static guards / gather all the related forms.
- Assist in preparing basic letters / FCZ pass.
- Assist in operation department claim submission.
- Assist in gathering the timesheet/check before submit to HR Department.
- Update any requested information by other departments.
- Responsible to submit monthly Biodata / when requested by clients.
- Assist in submitting documents for payroll/advance processing.
- Assist in requesting uniforms for guards/assets or equipment for the site and maintain the records.
- To perform any ad-hoc task that will be assigned from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
