**A. ROLE OF DEPARTMENT**
Role of the department are to provide related administrative work to achieve the growth and success of the organization.
**B. RESPONSIBILITIES**
**1.** PROVIDES ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT TO THE MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT.
**2.** UPDATING AND MAINTAINING ASSET AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE TASK INFORMATION.
**3.** GATHERING INFORMATION TO COMPLETE MONTHLY REPORTS FOR MAINTENANCE.
**4.** RECEIVING AND RECORDING ALL VEHICLE MAINTENANCE CHECK FORMS.
**5.** ENSURING NEW VEHICLES HAVE THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND EQUIPMENT E.G. FIRST AID KIT, TYRE DEPTH GAUGE.
**6.** APPROVING VEHICLE HIRE AND MAJOR REPAIRS TO AGREED LIMITS.
**7.** RESPONSIBLE TO KEEP A MASTER RECORD OF ALL COMPANY VEHICLE DETAILS.
**8.** RESPONSIBLE TO KEEP TRACK OF COMPANY VEHICLES HANDED OVER TO STAFF FOR OPERATION PURPOSES.
**9.** RESPONSIBLE TO KEEP A RECORD OF ITEMS PURCHASED AND USED FOR COMPANY VEHICLES.
**10.** RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY RENEWAL OF COMPANY VEHICLE ROADTAX/PUSPAKOM.
**11.** RESPONSIBLE TO UPDATE THE RENEWAL INFORMATION EARLIER TO THE SUPERIOR FOR FURTHER ARRANGEMENTS.
**12.** RESPONSIBLE TO ISSUE PURCHASE ORDERS RELATED TO VEHICLE MAINTENANCE.
**13.** TO PERFORM ANY AD-HOC TASK THAT WILL BE ASSIGNED BY MANAGEMENT FROM TIME TO TIME.
**C. QUALIFICATION**
- At least 1 year of experience as an Admin / HR Generalist, or similar role.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure, positive, self-motivated, dynamic, self-discipline, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good knowledge of computer literacy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and possess good numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to start in a short notice period is a plus.
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
