**A. Primary job function**

**1.1 To perform maintenance and repairing of jigs and fixtures on the production floor.**

**1.2** **To generate standard time for any new model.**

**1.3** **To carry out process evaluation when required.**

**1.4** **Maintain and update standard time due to the change of process.**

**1.5** **Ensure all IE preparation such as jig, PWI, program and tools are available on time before production.**

**1.6** **Produce the time study of product upon requested.**

**1.7** **Proper recording and filing of auditable documents.**

**1.8** **Provide full support on new product trial run.**

**1.9** **To audit and ensure all station is complied with PWI.**

**B. Duties and responsibilities**

**1.1** **To carry out job as instructed by supervisor.**

**1.2** **To assist other department when there is a need.**

**1.3** **To ensure good house keeping and always aware of safety requirement.**

**1.4** **To fabricate jig and fixture when there is a need to improve the processes.**

**1.5** **To keep track on all the jigs and fixtures.**

**1.6** **Conduct training for new operator from production when needed.**

**1.7** **Ensure line are well balance.**

**1.8** **Ensure all PWI and WI are up to date and were comply by production.**

**1.9** **Adhered to 5S requirement.**

**C. Qualification and requirement**

**1.a Bachelor degree in electronic or electrical engineering**

**1.b Diploma holder in electronic or electrical engineering**

**1.c Certificate in any engineering field**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
