**Business Development Executive** - Opportunity to convert to Permanent staff after 1 year contract period. - Working hours: 10am to 7pm **Responsibilities**: - Responsible in driving business growth on Mobile/ Electronics field and supporting development activities in retail store. - This role combines frontline execution with backend operational support to ensure smooth store operations across retail locations within Klang Valley areas, and reporting task in office which located at Q Sentral. - Responsible for visiting stores, training staff, managing data and reports, and handling store queries. - Assist in onboarding new partners when necessary and ensuring a smooth integration process. - Provide support to BD Manager in daily operations and ad hoc tasks. - Update and communicate promotional activities and announcements to relevant stakeholders. - Prepare and compile weekly and monthly reports for brands, tracking trade-in performance and insights. - Gather feedback from store staff to improve store operation, and identify opportunities to enhance customer experience. - Working days: 5 days/ week - Working hours: 10.00 am - 7.00 pm - Provide Incentives, Transport Allowance, OT, etc. **Job Requirements**: - Minimum education qualification: Diploma and above. - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Ability to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is required. - Good in communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. - A proactive, "can-do" attitude with strong problem-solving and adaptability skills. - Basic data management, tracking, and reporting skills. - Self-motivated and able to work independently. - Possess own transport and a valid driver's license. - Ability to travel frequently as required by business needs. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,300.00 per month **Benefits**: - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development Schedule: - Monday to Friday - Weekend jobs Supplemental Pay: - Overtime pay - Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required) **Language**: - Mandarin (required) License/Certification: - D/ DA (required) Willingness to travel: - 100% (required) Work Location: In person
