**JOB PURPOSE/ROLE/SUMMARY**
- **Responsible for back office operations support and promoting quality customer care.**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **To assist in handling dispatch, including incoming and outgoing mails.**:

- **To assist in signature verification for financial and non-financial request from customer.**:

- **To assist in processing non-financial endorsement.**:

- **To assist in scanned documents and disposal exercise**:

- **To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and when required.**

**KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**
- **Applicant must be willingly to work in ALIM Klang Branch.**:

- **Minimum 3 months’ internship period.**:

- **Preferably to commence in January 2025 onwards.**:

- **A fast learner, proactive and able to multitask.**
