**Job Summary**:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational, financial, and administrative functions of the branch. This includes managing security personnel, maintaining client relationships, ensuring contract compliance, and driving business growth. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality security services and meet branch performance targets.
**Key Responsibilities:Operations Management**:
- Oversee daily operations of security services within the branch's jurisdiction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contract requirements.
- Coordinate deployment and scheduling of security personnel.
- Conduct site visits and audits to maintain service quality.
- Implement corrective measures to resolve operational issues.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the branch.
- Maintain and grow client relationships through regular communication and service reviews.
- Respond promptly to client feedback, complaints, and emergencies.
**Staff Management**:
- Recruit, train, and manage security personnel and supervisors.
- Monitor staff performance and conduct performance appraisals.
- Enforce discipline, attendance, and grooming standards.
- Organize training sessions to improve service quality and compliance.
**Financial Management**:
- Manage branch budget and expenses.
- Ensure accurate billing and timely invoicing.
- Track profitability of contracts and take corrective actions when needed.
**Business Development**:
- Identify new business opportunities and support the sales team in securing contracts.
- Participate in tender processes and proposal preparation.
- Expand client base and branch footprint in the region.
**Reporting & Administration**:
- Prepare and submit reports on branch performance, incidents, and KPIs.
- Maintain proper documentation, including attendance, payroll, and compliance records.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance at the branch level.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the security industry, with at least 2 in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams and deliver high-quality service.
- Knowledge of security operations, manpower planning, and contract management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and security management systems.
**Preferred**:
- Experience in managing government or high-risk sites.
- Background in law enforcement or military is a plus.
- Valid driving license.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
