**Role Summary**

The role holds a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of a hotel's restaurant, bar, and banquet facilities. The role manages a team of employees, ensuring cleanliness, compliance with health regulations, and a positive work atmosphere. The responsibilities include training staff, controlling inventories, and managing departmental budgets. The role works close with the sales & marketing team to maximize business results.

**Position Specification / Requirements**

**Education**: Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a 4 or 5-star international Hotel.
- In-depth Knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry standards and regulations.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Pre-opening experience preferred.
- Willing to relocate/work in Muar, Johor

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
