**ADMIN CUM CUSTOMER SERVICE - URGENTLY NEEDED**
**PRIMARY FUNCTION**
- Provide administrative and clerical support for daily operations.
- Handle customer enquiries and ensure excellent after-sales service.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support order processing and delivery.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Manage general office administration, filing, correspondence, and data entry.
- Support sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Liaise with warehouse and purchasing teams to check stock and arrange delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documents in system.
- Assist in logistics arrangements, meeting preparation, and staff activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO requirements, and other procedures.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years’ experience in administration and/or customer service.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Autocount is an advantage.
- Organized, customer-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Willing to work in **Telok Panglima Garang/Kota Kemuning Selangor**.
- Salary range: RM2.7K - RM3.3K.
