We’re seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team and genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills. They can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary.
**We'd love to hear from you**:
- Diploma in the related field
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different types ofcharacters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
**Your Day-to-Day**:
- Assist clients on the order-on-line/ website.
- Deal with orders in the back office and liaise with logistics.
- Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers, retail, etc.
- Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highestlevel of customer service in the industry
- Manage ongoing customer relationships utilizing our CRM tools
- Develop collaborative, positive working relationships with staff at our traditionalboutiques
- Assist customers with after-sales service issues
- Be the primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand.
- Able to communicate concisely our company policies to client
- Maintain and update regular client correspondence
- Maintain website layout and product details.
**What is expected of you**:
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Interact with customers to address their concerns, answer their questions andassist them with their needs.
- Flexible availability that supports the needs of the business
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
