**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing accurate information and addressing inquiries effectively.
- Carry out general administrative duties such as issuing quotations, debit notes, receipts, cover notes, policies, and handling daily collections, commission recoveries/payables, policy cancellations, etc.
- Support the team by performing other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management or supervisors.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
- Strong customer service mindset with a passion for resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- A good team player, willing to assist and collaborate across departments when needed.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to manage pressure and multitask effectively.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
- Must possess own transport.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be willing to work in **Telok Panglima Garang**.

**WORKING HOURS**
- **Monday - Friday**: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- **Saturday**: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
