**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting our team in Hong Kong in conducting searches (e.g. company search, litigation search, media search, telephone investigation etc.).
- Conduct internal quality control on our suppliers.
- Coordinate with our overseas suppliers and source new suppliers (if necessary).
- Assisting in general clerical support and ad hoc duties when required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is preferable.
- Detailed-minded, well-organized and willing to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and a good team player.
- Able to work independently.
- Relevant work experience is preferred.
