**Job Summary**
- Responsible for managing a group of technicians to perform periodic preventive maintenance on test equipment.
- Trouble shoot, repair defective test equipment and set up of new test station. Overall in charge on FPT/ICT/FCT/General Tester maintenance.
- To help solve test and rework issues as requested by customer(internal or external).
- Understand and comply to Venture Quality, Environment, Safety, Health, Labor and Ethics Management System Requirements.
- Compliance and participate in company activities which involves continual improvement on company environmental, safety and health goals.(ESD, ISO1400, ISO4500 etc).

**Job description**
- Maintain the quality of test equipment & fixture performance in defect free and minimize downtime for production.
- Perform periodic preventive maintenance on production test equipment in accordance to the Preventive Maintenance Master Schedule.
- Trouble shoot, repair defective test equipment or Set up new production test stations in accordance to test equipment acceptance checklist and line layout.
- To buyoff the new or existing fixture and program assigned by superior.
- To monitor test station yield & trigger Test Engineer or Manager on daily line high fallout
- Timely submission of daily breakdown reports and tasks accomplish for supervisor review.
- Compliance to legislative requirement when performing routine jobs or special task within job scope. (ESD, Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health Management System)
- Ensure spare parts utilization are controlled and initiate the procurement if shortage.
- Ensure clean environment work place and reduce usage of hazardous material to mitigate the pollution, accident and injuries.
- Feedback and reduce production test equipment breakdown.
- To help Test Engineer solve issues related to test and FA of boards/components.
- Other duties as assigned

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
