Responsibilities: 1. Achieving Account KPIs and constantly improving Account processes 2. Efficiently manage monthly account and report to the management 3. Educate, inspire, develop and coach team members to drive operational excellence 4. Perform month-end variance explanations and report, especially on debtor aging. 5. Track the KPI/Operation matrix for reporting 6. Have knowledge on credit and leasing will be add advantage. 7.Able to do FULL SET 8. Need to deal with auditor & banker Job Requirements: 1. Professional certificate with at least a Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, LCCI and others 2. Familiar with financial regulations in Malaysia, especially on credit and leasing. Minimum 3 years of finance and accounting experience 3. High level of integrity and sense of responsibility with commitment to good governance 5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
