This is permanent/full-time role under Mesra Retail & Cafe Sdn. Bhd. (wholly own subsidiary of PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad) As a Barista, you are responsible for serving customers in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent customer experience. A Barista will also be required to have extensive knowledge of menu offerings. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: 1. Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, according to customer's order 2. Serve prepared foods which is inclusive of but not limited to pastries, ice cream, desserts 3. Operate till drawers or cash registers and issue receipt to customers 4. Manage multi payments platform and process returns or refunds when necessary 5. Assist in stock arrangement and product merchandising 6. Ensure counter area is clean and perform dish and utensils cleaning. 7. Manage customers in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner 8. Ensure knowledge of F&B menu which is inclusive of product, promotion and pricing 9. Ensure menu offerings are is ready and well prepared 10. Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues or customer complaint 11. Ensure Food and Beverage orders are of a consistently good standard and delivered in a timely manner 12. Practice grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene 13. Comply with company's HSE Regulations Years of relevant experience : 1-2 years related experience in F&B preparation and customer service Benefits:
