**Responsibilities**:
**Logistics Management**
- Ensure supervised team meets daily/annual goals. Assess and suggest new procedures and processes to increase efficiency
- Ensure proper packing, palletization of out-going shipment
- Import and export permit and all relevant licenses management.
- Forwarder consolidation and selection decisions based on the best cost and value to the company.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company standards.

**Warehouse Management System**
- Oversee receiving, stocking, keeping receiving records, and working closely with IQA and Purchasing for any issues that may arise.
- Responsible for training warehouse employees and monitoring the success of inventory control function from system perspective.
- Work closely with the Warehouse Operation Supervisor for the implementation of process improvement plans.
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess the current warehouse system and new improvements performance.
- Timely cycle count for inventory accuracy in the warehouse.
- Coordinate for MRB disposition among planning, QA, purchasing & engineering.
- Track and compile monthly performance data for Management review.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in SAP proficiency, additional knowledge in Oracle will be added advantage.
- Proactive, fast turnaround, and team player attitude is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bayan Lepas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- SAP: 3 years (required)
