Admin Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform day-to-day administrative matters and clerical duties such as quotation, invoices and statement of account.
Attending and handling phone calls.
Handling incoming and outgoing parcels and documents via courier and an appointed dispatch service.
Monthly compilation of stocks and verification of supplier invoices.
Monitor, keep track of, and handle the replenishment of office stationery and supplies.
Other ad-hoc tasks that are assigned when required
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Min SPM or Diploma in any discipline.
Preferably with 1 year experience in admin field.
Computer Literate with MS Office - Word and Excel.
Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa.
Able to multi-task.
Good working attitude,positive and dependable team player
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
