**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Community Development:

- Contribute to the development and execution of community engagement strategies.
- Foster positive interactions among community members to enhance overall group dynamics.
- Identify and implement initiatives to increase community participation and satisfaction.

2. Content Management:

- Create and curate content relevant to the community's interests and objectives.
- Monitor and moderate discussions to ensure a respectful and inclusive environment.
- Collaborate with team members to generate compelling content and campaigns.

3. Member Support:

- Address member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide guidance on using community platforms and resources.
- Proactively identify opportunities to assist members and enhance their experience.

4. Event Coordination:

- Assist in organizing community events, webinars, and meet-ups together with the other event team.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience working in community related field would be an added advantage
- Familiarity with community management platforms and social media.
- Ability to analyse data and derive insights for community growth.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for community building.
- Basic graphic design skills and content creation experience is a plus.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:
