We’re looking for a committed Administrative to join our team that located in Seri Kembangan and Shah Alam.

**Responsibilities**:
a) Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.

b) Ensuring smooth operation of centre and preparation to receive visitors.

c) Welcoming and assisting visitors.

d) Handling basic inquiries from walk-in customers.

e) Copying, scanning, and filing documents.

f) Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.

g) Requesting Guarantee Letters (GL), submitting daily claims and compiling monthly claims.

h) Monitoring office supplies and reporting to management on inventory

i) Maintain general cleanliness of the Centre through basic housekeeping.

j) Practise soft skills in dealing with patient. To direct complaint reported to supervisor immediately.

k) Conduct other task assigned to you by superior for the smooth running of the clinic, promotion, or administration duty.

l) To handle Customer Social Media Careline communication.

**Administrative Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Any Field.
- Fresh graduates also welcome to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: RM1,760.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
